Rehang/ adjust external wooden bi folding doors

Recently purchased an external building with 4 panel wooden bi folding doors. They have never opened properly. We need them to be reviewed to determine the problem which will result in rehanging/ adjusting them. Would expect you to visit and quote for works first as it Is impossible for me to tell you why they aren't working.
