1. Light on cooker hood needs fixing tenants have cleaned everything as they were not using the extractor fan so was clogged with grease.
2. Door frames at front and back doors both need recementing or filling maybe with stuff that will move with the walls if that's the issue.
3. Whirlpool washing machine (AWOR 4205) has had two of the drum lifter paddles sheer off the locating tabs and the third has just done the same. I advised before we bought new perhaps we should see what's caused the problem
4. The hot water pressure in the shower is hugely variable and dangerous as it can vary from a trickle to full power with the slightest movement of the tap. I advised her that you cannot run a machine washing or run other taps generally she said this is not the case so I am un-sure what the problem is as I have had many tenants and lived there myself and not had this issue.
5. I will put a chrome towel rail type in the bathroom there as it will look better
6. bathroom sink taps need sorting, they screech when you hit a certain point, hopefully we can fix these without having to buy a new sink, I think its the pipes at the back of the sink
7. There is a damp patch on the ceiling above the TV in the living room not sure if its from when they had that leak but if you could check and just brush over with white emulsion that would be great

8. Outside the garage in the back garden that has caved in and let me know how we would fix that.

10. Can you give me measurements for the gates outside, the front one and garage gates and I will source some so they can be erected.
