Make a small widow frame

I am fixing a window frame that has been fitted in a shed , the frame is an old house window frame, there is a fan light window on it about 2ft x 1ft that is completely rotten, I need to replace this with a new one. Just looking if any one can make this for me and how much it roughly would cost. Thanks
