Skim plaster a bedroom artexed ceiling (approx 4.5m x 3m)

The Bedroom has had an en-suite extended and before decorating the ceiling needs plaster skimming to remove artexing. The bedroom is an extension of an older property, approximately 1990. Ceiling is in sound condition but has cuttouts for ceiling lights that have been removed. Cuttout holes have been cross patched with wood slats from the loft space. The bedroom is empty apart from a wardrobe and sets of draws in the middle of the room which will be protected for the work.
