Bedroom is about 7ft x9ft and 8ftx6ft as almost half of it is a bit narrower. Small bit of hall approx 4ftx8ft. Newly plastered walls /ceilings to be painted, doors, skirtings in bedroom have had 1 coat. Wallpaper to go up on one wall along with paper on the same wall of adjoining bedroom, straight forward walls. Room is almost empty
