3 beds, 2 reception, stairwell, hallway, bathroom & utility. Needs wallpaper stripped, walls made good then painted to high finish. Woodwork to be stripped or at least sanded to clean finish before painting or varnishing. I,m not expecting an estimate at this point just a notification of interest in the job. I expect to have a offer on the property accepted very soon & hope to take possession by late sept. 2015. The property is in the Spilsby area
