I have used Lillywhite Maintenance for half a dozen pieces of work on my rental property including plumbing, decorating and electrical. They are very efficient and will liaise with my tenants to arrange a convenient time for work to be carried out. Richard manages the work professionally and will always send pictures of work carried out for me to verify. This really helps as I can't easily visit the property.
