I have a combined shower/bath where the tiles have become defective causing water to get into the plaster. I've had to rip off the tiles due to water damage around the window ledge (which is above the bath area) and the side tiles next to the path.
Unfortunately, as the plaster was so damp it has crumbled away. I now need the brick work patching around the window ledge where the plaster has come away and then I need it replastering and if possible waterproofing ready for tiling. Area is approx 5 ft across (length of bath) and approx 2 or 3 ft high.
