Fit carpet and underlay in 3 rooms and stairs

I would like underlay and carpet fitting in;
Living room - 3 x 4.3m
Bedroom 1 - 2.8 x 3.2m
Bedroom 2 - 2.2 x 3.6m
and a small staircase and landing.
Please could I have a price for fitting, and for fitting AND providing Cloud 9 underlay.
