I'm going to be renting my property out and need to have smoke alarms and a heat pad/alarm fitted. I understand the law says there has to be a certain number in the property and they must be hardwired. If be looking for a quote in the first instance. It's a 2 bedroom flat with hall, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and study.
