Leak due to malfunctioning bath mixer

We had our bathroom refurbished this summer, with new wall panels, tiling and bathroom appliances. There was a fault in the way the bath mixer was installed resulting in a leak occurring behind the wall panel, each time the mixer is used. This leaks straight down under the floorboard and dripping through the ceiling onto the space below the bathroom... We need a few quotes for something which could possibly end up being a plumber AND builder job. Thank you in advance for your time.
