Install thermostat, service boiler and new shower mixer

Looking for someone to install a modern thermostat/boiler control as mine currently doesn't have one and must be controlled on the boiler directly. At the same time, would ask for a service to be done and flu cleaned for good order. Drain/refill radiators.
Second small job would be in the bathroom. Bathroom mixer needs replacing (as it doesn't mix hot cold water properly when using the shower). As well as installing aa shower holder.
