Installing electrics and lighting into large shed

Drilling hole in garage wall to take covered cabling (for us to bury) from fuse box across to large shed, approx. 4m. Put in waterproof 'fuse box' into shed, include 3 plug sockets, and a roof point for light.
Have been quoted, but now being messed about on the starting date. Want reliable date, this is affecting my business now.
