gas supply from meter to kitchen about 3m via bathroom

Kitchen has gas boiler but no gas cooker point. Bungalow needs rewire. I need gas supply from meter box adjoining front door via bathroom to kitchen about 3 metres behind toilet and under bath.
Cost needed to aid purchase cost negotiation
