Internal painting of staircase, hall way and bedroom

We would like to get the following areas preped and painted: (1) balustrade of staircase (2 flights ok condition),(2) walls and ceiling on entrance level (approx 1x3m) and staircase landings ( surface condition ok one crack on external wall which needs fixing but not very deep), (3) a few door surrounds and internal doors (internal doors - 2 are new others in OK condition), (4) walls and ceiling of bedroom (approx 5x3 m) - in pretty good condition (includes one new plastered wall- other surface holes already filled but a bit . We will purchase all paint and our preference is delux trade. We have a small baby so the work needs to be completed when we are away so between 26 December and 12 January.
