Refitting (tidying up) electrics through 50sqm flat

I have an ex-council apartment with mostly solid walls. The electrics are very messily in plastic conduits along the walls. I'd like to look at options for tidying this up (chasing through walls / skirting boards with integrated electrics / more attractive conduits?) and also move some of the sockets. I would also like to add a light fitting in a room if possible. Assuming that a survey may be necessary to quote but indication of pricing would be helpful.
