Remove coving. Knock down kitchen wall to dining room, install noggins to joists. Knock down bathroom wall. Create new doorways in Bathroom and Kitchen. Brick up through-lounge opening. Repair cracks on walls. Repair rendering, replace ceilings and build stud work under staircase, plaster walls and ceilings in all rooms. Install new loft hatch. Replace kitchen window. Repair rendering in lounge fireplace. Tile bathroom and install underfloor heating. Replace skirting boards and architrave where required. Install engineered wood to ground floor.
