Wallpaper stripping / Walls Painting in living room

Hi,

We have some untidy wallpaper in our living room (4.9m x 3.6m) that needs stripping off, the plaster checking and then painting.

We would also like a quote for how much it would cost to also do the hall, stairs and landing (which would be stripping off wood chip wallpaper) and the 2 upstairs bedrooms (4.2 x 2.9m and 4.9 x 2.9m) - which again have just normal wallpaper.

please note there are two massive wardrobes in the bedrooms upstairs that I don't think are very moveable, so we'd have to paint around them - also the house is still fairly empty and not much on the walls.

We would like a quote for
- just the living room
- living room + hall/stairs/landing
- and then for everything

Also there is a set of shelves in the living room built into the wall with a mirror stuck to the wall that we would like the mirror to be removed from, the paint all stripped off and for 3 new shelves to be added in to the gap. Can you please also quote for how much this would be and how long that would take.

Ideally we'd like this work done this week (w/c 18th January 2015) or potentially the week after and would welcome someone to come round and assess the property to give an accurate quote but would need someone to come round on either Sunday 17th or Monday 18th January in the day OR an evening in the week.

Please get in touch if you are able to do the work in this sort of timeframe and have the ability to sort the shelves as well as the painting

Thank you very much!

Lorna

David did an excellent job stripping our wallpaper, making the walls good, painting and sorting out electrics and installing a new sink downstairs. He did a good job of making sure all gaps were filled and was very practical and knowledgeable. Only minor complaint was it took longer than anticipated, but it wasn't a major issue for us and we were glad just the one person was able to get everything done
