Convert Open / Vented systems to Unvented / Sealed Central Heating and Hot Water systems.
4 bed, 2 storey detached house with 2 bathrooms. Dormer-type roof on N side (front) of house. The boiler is an Ideal Heat 24 which is less than 2 years old. Rising main 25mm blue poly reducing to 15mm copper. Mains pressure >3Bar and flow 20L/min.
Boiler located in garage in the NW corner of the house. Mains water enters W side of house Cylinder in the airing cupboard in the E side so not easy to get 22mm pipe from mains to cylinder. Overflow pipe may have to come through dormer roof.
