No emergency involved. Gutter 260cm approx. Create gulley in the present drive brickwork to train drain water to drain away into existing gulley (downpipe from 1st floor guttering. Other jobs not listed above:
1. convert small second lawn into second patio.
2. repair or replace warped shower cabinet.
3. paint exterior back wall.
