Paid cash up front for materials by BACS payment. One lot of flooring delivered. No appearance with no plausible excuse when we had a week off work to get our work done. We cancelled the job as he was clearly not reliable. Requested a refund of over ?400 which, a month on, hasn't turned up. Deadline yesterday. No comms, no refund. This will now be recovered by legal means. Appalled.
