New door lock required

The existing door handle has ceased to function due to the wood on the inside of the door becoming rotten.
We think rather than replacing the lock it should be removed altogether and a pneumatic closure device fitted to the door and two door knobs fitted either side of the door to facilitate push and pull.
The door is an inside door under cover.
