removal of unwanted en-suite bathroom

I'm looking for a plumber to help me to tear out and cap off an unwanted ensuite bathroom. The water and service pipes need to be left available however they need to be securely (but reversibly) sealed. I plan to use the ensuite as a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room instead, so it's important that any future dampness will be prevented and any existing sources of dampness identified and addressed.
