Repair or re-build wooden porch and repair wooden garage

We have a wood and glass back porch that very is badly rotten and are looking for a quote either to repair existing or to rebuild something similar.
We also have a very large wooden garage that is also visibly rotten in places and possibly needs re-felting. We'd like to keep it going for at least 5 more years and would like a quote to repair whatever it will take to do this. Also possibly to demolish the back section (which seems to have been added at a later date) and make good the back internal wall to become the back external wall.
