Work to be split into 3 estimates
1.Build a small outhouse connected to the existing garage, approx 8m2
2.Remove the existing outbuildings.
3. Build extension to the existing bungalow to incorporate a new kitchen and dining area with added conservatory, outside terrace and small brick garden walls.
Drawings and planning permission are in place for all the above work. PDF drawing can be sent by mail on request.
