I need someone to skim over Artex Ceiling in Small kitchen, preferably before 1/5/2016 at any time of day or if after that date only after 5pm.
The Kitchen currently has rough Artex ceiling.
The measurements are 175cm x 277cm
Artex has been confirmed safe.
