Stay well clear of this guy! Gave him a big amount of cash upfront (big mistake!) He estimated job would take 3 wks which went into 3 months which resulted bringing in another builder to finish off the mess he left behind. He wired spotlights dangerously, kitchen unfinished, leaking pipe, rubbish left in garden. He was very rude and unprofessional!
