Small 1.8m x 1.8m ground floor room to be converted to utility room.
Was previously a small bathroom. Bath has been removed, but basin and taps remain.

Requires a work top and two small base units installing (one at each side of one wall). Washing machine and tumble dryer will sit in the space in-between the two base units. A small counter top basin and mixer tap to be fitted above one of the base units

This is what needs doing:
- Remove old basin and taps
- Remove old bath taps
- Remove unnecessary pipe work and drain pipes from old bath
- Plumbing for washing machine required
- Two small base units to be fitted
- Worktop to be fitted (one solid piece ? no joining required)
- Small countertop basin & tap to be fitted over one of the base units

The base units, unit doors, worktop, basin, basin taps will all be provided. Anything else will either need to be provided within the quote, or I can source the materials if given a list.
