One bedroom of size 9ft x 9ft with one door needs to be converted into a walk through dressing room.

The requirement is for current door and architrave to be removed and for the void to be filled with a plasterboard stud walling.

A new entrance from the master bedroom into the small bedroom need to knocked through, preferably with an arch entrance with no door - the current wall is not a load bearing wall and is a studded plasterboard.

Have a couple of electrical requirements in taking out old light and switch, replace with a new switch and down-lights. Main bedroom has two wall lights that need to be removed too.

The walk through dressing room will need to be repainted and decorated to a high specification with bespoke fittings and fixtures for the space.

Final requirement is to insert a new loft entrance with a loft ladder.

Looking for a joiner to put together a bespoke wardroom furniture in the new walk through area.

No planning permission is required.
