Build 2 story extesion

I need some one who can advice me and give me hand to build a new extension on two levels .I don't know if what kind of documents I will need ,so if the guy can give me hand with sort out all documents , labor and materials will be great.
The first floor will be extended kitchen and refurbish the existing dining area(there is some work inside which need to be done as well).
The second floor will be build 1 more bedroom with separate bathroom space.

I looking for someone(prefer to be proper company ) who is rated and have all experience with that before.

I'm extremely happy Supernick has done my 2story extension. Nick and the team have a lot of experience and assisted me throughout the whole process.
