Hinge adjustment/replacement in kitchen and bedroom

Hinges on kitchen cupboards need re hanging or replacing (one set of kitchen cupboard doors hanging off entirely, the others just need some adjustment).
Hinges on bedroom built in wardrobes (4 fairly heavy doors, and maybe 20 years old but very good quality) need replacing. 2 of the doors are not currently attached at all - may need entirely new hinges and brackets supplied + to be re hung... will take your advice on that.
