Replace kitchen water tap and toilet flush cistern

Two jobs:
1. Replace a kitchen tap. Hot and cold water pipes that connect to the tap are in copper and must be cut in order to access the bolt that is holding the tap in place. New connection will be required. New tap comes with two flexible connection pipes.
2. Top Access Dual Flush Concealed WC Cistern needs to be replaced.
