Muhammad act as a project manager, and his associates carry out actual work. We realised the importance of this arrangement in undertaking long-term substantial refurbishment. Without the project manager, we would have had to choose and buy materials, negotiate with builders and engineers and also to deal with quality assurance. Muhammad made sure of all.
