Fence: extract old post stub; fit wood post; mend fence

Very small fencing job.
Old fence post and fill-in panel are broken. Extract concrete footing, concrete in 1 supplied new wooden post. Refit existing 6ft Lap panel; + trim to size and fit a new 3ft (supplied) fill-in panel.
If an adjacent patio slab or two are disturbed in the process, make good.
Would guess 3 to 4hrs ish? (if minimal patio disturbance)
I would be present, and would provide 2nd pair of hands if needed.

Other small work (exterior painting) might follow.
