Pull cord for shower not working

we have an electric shower and the power switch (turns power on and off to the shower via a pull cord switch) does not seem to be working.

Usually pulling the cord turns on a red light on the box but it is not and now the shower will not turn on.

It may just be a fuse but could do with a quote for the work.
