1 bed flat needs an uplift. skirting boards, walls, ceilings and doors painted. Wallpapering in bedroom and living room. Cupboards put up in kitchen. Laminate flooring in hall and living room. Shower cubicle in wet room. Need someone who is very professional and experienced. Able to give advice and recommendations. Take pride in work and works to highest standard. Able to commit to the job and complete within 2 weeks from start. Preferably able to help select some materials.

After consultation we decided the cost of all the jobs I wanted doing was outside my budget and probably unnecessary but I was very pleased with Tod's honesty about his qualifications not covering the plumbing work required. However I may use him in the future for a shower screen. He was punctual, friendly and informative.
