Toilet cistern cracked causing flooding. Damage to dining room and lounge ceilings. Dining room ceiling needs replacing and partial replacement in lounge unless asbestos found in aertex in which case full ceiling replacement needed by expert. Re-decoration needed in dining room. Plumbing needed in bathroom.
