Sort out downlighters in Hall

There is a loose fitting or wire in the hall. It might need new transformers as they are halogen downlighters.
I don't think this is a complicated problem but we need an electrician's help.
Also the bathroom needs better ventilation. There is a fan to an external source but it could be improved on.
