Bedroom 1: 14x12, 1 door, 2 window frames (but not windows as pvc) need painting. 1 wall needs replastering.
One corner of the ceiling has had a minor leak and needs looking at. The skirting board, built in wardrope doors need repainting white and ceiling.
Bedroom 2: 10x8, 1 door & 1 window needs repainting. There is a paper boarder close to the ceiling to be removed. Walls, ceiling repainted.
Study Room: 8x6, Walls, Ceiling, one window, skirting board repainted. Ceiling had minor leak damage.
