The morning after posting the request Mr Roberts contacted me. We arranged a time to meet, he was on time, was polite. Listened to my explanation of the problem, examined the problem, provided a fixed cost for the job and proceeded to fix it.Mr Roberts knew his plumbing and proceeded to solve the problems thoroughly to a high level. Problems were encountered due to the workmanship on the original fit, all off which were overcome. My problem was sorted. Hence the high rating.
