Switch on the electricity

I have the problem which I can't locate. I just moved in the premises. There is no electricity. The power company (scottishpower) said the premises is connected and electricity is on. The landlord said everything is fine call power company. But still no electricity. I need someone to have a look at it and diagnose the problem.
