• Treat mould on walls and ceilings (e.g. Polycell mould killer)
• Replace grouting in bathroom (or repair with grout pen)
• Rub down and paint all window frames (white smooth metal paint)
• Rub down and gloss paint (Brilliant White gloss):
- All window sills (fill cracks and rub down first)
- All skirting boards
- All door frames
- All doors including front door, inside and out (remove fixtures / fittings prior to painting)
- Bathroom cupboard unit & bathroom ledge
• Paint with damp-seal or anti-mould paint (Thompsons One Coat Damp Seal or Ronseal Anti-mould):
- All ceilings
- All walls (including behind radiators and wardrobes)
- All external walls inside built-in cupboards (Lounge & Bedroom 2)
• Paint walls (including behind radiators, wardrobes and inside external wall cupboards):
- Hallway including built-in cupboard doors (Light and Space Rich Matt Absolute White)
- Bathroom (Dulux Bathroom+ Soft Sheen Pure Brilliant White)
- Lounge, Kitchen and Bedrooms 1 & 2 (Dulux Natural Hints Silk White Chiffon or Vinyl Silk White)
