You hear of many people being disatisfied with work done by builders feeling that things could have been done better yet you never hear or see many people give praise where it's due, well let me tell you we certainly cannot fault Richard in anyway he arrived at the agreed time, and worked throughout the day gave us ideas on which direction we should take and worked extremely hard cleaned up as he went and left with doing an extremely good job.
