Came to our property a day later than he said he would as he had problems with transport. Had the wrong ladders when he arrived so went away again. Said he would come back with right ladders next day but didn't arrive as he was still having problems with transport. Told us each day for almost a week that he was coming to fix the repair but didn't show up on any of them as he was still having problems with transport. We have now advertised for someone else to do the job.
