Asbestos Concrete Pipe needs removing from outside wall.

The flue from an old boiler needs removing from outside of our property. It goes from the side of the kitchen window up to the roof where it is held in place with a bracket and cement at the bottom. We would like this safely removed. Please note that we do not require quotes from people that are not specializing in asbestos removal as we do not want anyone injured. Thanks.
