Sloping tiled roof to upstairs bathroom. Measuring 7 feet x 11 foot. Roof leaked through displaced tile causing wood and felt damage. Tiles need taking off and all rotten rafters, battens and roofing felt replaced making completely waterproof and tiles need to be put back on.
On the main roof also need chimney pot cover fitting to prevent rain coming down the flue liner during inclement weather.
Looking for a reliable, trustworthy builder who will do a good job at a fair price - could lead to several other jobs as in the middle of house renovation work.. Please quote for labour and materials.
