lay vinyl tiles to kitchen and living room

My combined kitchen/living room currently has floor of tiles/carpet which I propose to replace with Amtico Spacia Wood Xtra. Room is approx 25 sq ms, but I want to put the same flooring in hall and bathroom once some building work is finished, so total area will be approx 50 sq ms.
