Came to look at a tiling job and gave a quote and said he would come on Saturday 21st July. Didn't turn up and didn't bother to call to let us know. No real apology, said he had double booked and would come today (Sun 22nd July) at 9am. As expected, he didn't turn up and once again didn't bother to call. Caused us a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional and completely unreliable. Wouldn't recommend at all.
