Existing Garage Rear Elevation
Take out the existing end screws on existing garage roof sheets and save.
Take out damaged ceiling joist.
Replace with new 125mm x 50mm timber joist.
Fix new pvcu plastic fasica board onto new timber.
Fix new square gutter onto fascia board to match the house.
Fix back exisiting screws onto sheeting.
Fix new downpipe into exisitng pipe by floor level.
Side Elevation Of Garage
Take off existing roof capping and save.
Take of existing timber boarding.
Fix new pvcu plastic fasica board onto existing ends of timber joists.
Fix back existing roof capping.
