I am wanted to remove my rather tired garden shed & replace it like for like.
I would require someone to attend the property & measure the shed (I assume it is 6x4 but not sure); and quote for replacing (I would want the new shed to be wooden like the current one). The property is tenanted so you would also need to dispose of the old shed.
